Full-Day Bangkok City Tour (B / L)

After breakfast, meet our tour guide in the hotel lobby, then transfer to Bangkok City for a private motorboat tour along the Chao Phraya River and its canals, which extend into Thonburi, Bangkok’s sister city across the river.

Discover temples and communities along the waterways that gave Bangkok the name “Venice of the East.” Pass traditional neighbourhoods and observe local riverside life before visiting the Temple of Dawn.

In the afternoon, continue to the Grand Palace, undoubtedly one of the city’s most famous landmarks. Built in 1782, the palace served for 150 years as the residence of the Thai King, the Royal Court, and the administrative seat of government.

The Grand Palace continues to impress visitors with its beautiful architecture and intricate details, showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship of the Thai people. The complex once housed the Thai War Ministry, government departments, and even the mint. Today, it remains the spiritual heart of the Thai Kingdom.

Then, travel like a local by tuk-tuk to Wat Pho, also known as Wat Phra Chetuphon. It is home to the beautiful and famous Reclining Buddha. Wat Pho is also an important centre for teaching and preserving traditional Thai medicine and Thai massage. Thai massage is optional.
